Completed in 2013, this project includes a 68 slip marina, 7 separate commercial boat slips, 3 operations buildings and a 6.76m wide floating pedestrian pier

  • The operations buildings were constructed off site on specialty designed barges and floated into place helping to minimize the environmental disruption
  • Accoya® wood was used in almost all aspects of construction, including the three small marina operations buildings, the floating pier and the pedestrian seating pavilion
  • Siding, trim and louvers were also all chosen to be made from Accoya due to the extensive durability in exposed outdoor applications is modified through an acetylation process without the use of toxic chemicals
  • The seating pavilion wooden glulam spines are accented by metal detailing and curved roof lines
